Beverly's journey in the travel industry spans over 42 years, during which she has garnered extensive experience working with major airlines and trade associations. Her roles have included Airport Operations Management, Contact Center Management, Marketing, and Human Resources.
Working in these dynamic environments motivated Beverly to develop a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism. These experiences also helped her hone a genuine and natural ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers at all levels. This is where she gained expertise in coordinating and booking individual and group travel for special events and promotions, including major film/music festivals, conferences, and golf tournaments.
In 2013, Beverly's passion for the travel industry led her to purchase a Cruise Planners franchise, earning her the title of "Bucket List Specialist." Her goal is to provide the highest level of customer service while creating unique and memorable travel experiences for each client—every time!
